Construction Details:

Costume commissioned by Jennifer Wenger.
Costume is based on the Ame-Comi toy from DC Direct.

A headcast had to be made in order to get the close fitting headpiece to work. Armor pieces were all sculpted in clay, a plaster mould was made and then parts were vaccum formed in ABS & Styrene plastic.
Velour, satin, leather, L200 were used in the cloth parts.
Boots started as rainboots (for the wedge heel) and were covered in L200 foam and all the details were burnished in using a hot knife.
Lots of detail work and actually very easy to wear.
