Construction Details:

Cosplay construction was pretty simple. Made the shirt from a modified blouse pattern out of yellow cotton. Made bloomers out of a navy cotton with an elastic waistband, made a short cape out of the same, painted on the pattern, and then weathered them both. For the umbrella prop, I bought the base umbrella, cut it with and exacto knife, and then used a heat gun to shrink the plastic so it looked worn.

Personal Thoughts:

I made this cosplay mostly because I'm a terrible person influenced by other terrible people. In our trend of cosplaying heartbreakingly sad sibling characters, we decided to go for the gold.
