Construction Details:

Basic blouse pattern with modified sleeves and added a sailor color. Pleated skirt took about 3 hours, not hard. Shoes are a goodwill find. I was also really happy with the wig, which only took a little bit of styling in the bangs and held up beautifully!

Personal Thoughts:

One of my friends is obsessed with Utena, so it was only a matter of time before she got all of us to watch and cosplay the series. This costume was super fun, got to hang around with my cosplay bro and other friends and be awkwardly sexual. ;)
