Construction Details:

Pants were purchased and altered, top is made of very thin garment leather, and trimmed with a faux leather gold trim (same one I've used on my other versions of Jaina), and has two layers lining it - a canvas with some boning, and then a cotton on the very inside. The purple on the bolero is a duchess satin, and the shoulder armor is made out of knee pads and worbla. Knee armor is built up from derby knee pads and attaches with elastic. Shoes are ones I bought for my original Jaina in 2013 and painted to match the rest of the costume, but I got more comfortable and accurate ones that I painted for the second wearing. Belt is an actual belt blank that I purchased, then sanded down and painted and added gold trim to. Buckle front piece is made out of leather scraps and attaches with snaps on the underside. Cloak is made out of a gabardine, with a duchess satin lining, and the embroidery pieces are applique'd on. All of the trim is gold ribbon that I satin stitched down.
