Construction Details:

I used my same fuku from my previous Sailor Moon cosplay but made a new collar to have three stripes. Feather hair clips are made from pearls and craft foam. Tiara was purchased and then all the details and gems added. Choker is made from casa satin with resin casted golden circle with painted gems added. Earrings made from pearl posts and painted resin pieces. Brooch made from a mirror compact with painted gems and details added. Wand was completely repainted and had gems added.
