Construction Details:

I bought a black turtleneck at Goodwill the morning of the shoot. I already owned a black skirt, tights, shoes, and hat. I had some random gray knit fabric that I draped over my shoulders, and I bought a Daiso flower hair tie to keep the fabric closed over my shoulders. TOO EASY.

Personal Thoughts:

Last minute closet outfit for a character with tons of grace. Capricorns FTW! One day I'll do Sailor Saturn....
