I already owned the black shirt and I just rolled up the hem of the white pants. The feet shackles I had to cut in order to be able to get my feet through. It is held closed by tape.Makeup is a combination of injury stack+ foundation for the fingers/toes.

Personal Thoughts:

Like many, I got pretty obsessed with Tokyo Ghoul. XD After finishing the manga I knew I wanted to cosplay a female Kaneki but I wasn't sure on what version to do for a while. I knew it would be one where he had black hair because I already had a useable wig. I decided to go with the tortured version as I don't think I've seen anyone who did it when he was in the midst of getting messed up by Yamori.Yes, I do know he never technically wore this outfit with black hair but after I rewatched the anime scenes/reread the manga, his outfit just magically changes after his hair color does with no explanation.
