Construction Details:

Dress & hood was made out of stretch Sateen. Apron and and ruffles all made out of Quilters Sateen! Flowers on apron were just iron on transfers. Stocking garters were a small eyelet ruffle lace and a galloon lace sewed onto elastic. I used some pretty cotton/poly rose lace for the trim on the hood, but it didn't lay very well. I think I will replace it with a gathered eyelet ruffle.

Personal Thoughts:

Miku Expo 2014 da gawd. Also My waist is gone in this costume but its fwuffy and adorable so WHATEVER
