Construction Details:

The skirt is a circle skirt and is significantly longer than the design calls for, and that is because I didn't really check before I hemmed it, and once hemmed, I refuse to deal with circle skirts any more than I have to. It is, I believe, made out sateen. The cutie mark is leftover fabric (from Jasmine) painted with fabric paint.rnrnThe shirt is sheer chiffon with rolled ribbon hems, and I wore it over a tan tank top.rnrnBoot covers are the skirt sateen with painted craft foam for the tops, and the long part is an absurdly expensive sparkle knit that was the only thing in the store with the proper purple color on the reverse. So.rnShoes are an old pair of (formerly pink) heels that I sprayed with floral paint.

Styling Notes

I am a wig amateur and I had to sew wefts and create drill curls. My mom got to watch because the only free space was our basement, so that was special.

Wig Review

Both the wig and the wefts were great - detangled with finger combing and weren't grossly shiny. Considering all the weight I added though, it was BRUTALLY HEAVY and I was suffering mightily near the end of the day.
