Construction Details:

The dress is purple linen (from Joanns). I had a minor struggle with it because I didn't buy quite enough fabric to make the sleeves the first time around, and when I went back to the store, the purple linen they had was a slightly different shade. I sucked it up and bought it after complaining mightily for like half an hour.rnrnThe apron is also linen (somehow of better quality than the purple).

Personal Thoughts:

I am a real life anime mom among pretty much all of my friend groups, so it's super appropriate that Trisha was my first FMA costume that actually got completed. I was also SUPER DISAPPOINTED because I only saw one FMA cosplayer on FMA Day at AUSA. Like, guys. Come on.
