Construction Details:

Hardest thing was Sasuke's stupid rope belt. I had thick piping (which I ran out of in the end 10 yards was NOT LONG ENOUGH. By the end I just took left over fleece I had lying around, rolled it up and sewed that together as "piping" as well lol. Made the fabric casing and stuffed it like a sausage =_=. I twisted them like crazy for hours to get them into the rope like shape. TAT And then just pinning and draping Sasuke's butt fabric properly and attaching velcro to hold it all together. Sasuke. Your butt fabric is dumb. =___=

Everything else in the Sakura & Sasuke csoplays were pretty simple & straightforward. Just shirts with different collars. :< Cheap $5 pants from walmart.

Personal Thoughts:

I made both the Sakura & Sasuke costumes.

Grand total for Sasuke is about $55. That includes all fabrics & materials used for every piece of the costume, the sandals AND the wig. I'm good at bargain hunting things. heh heh.

Grand total for Sakura is about $37. Again that includes all fabrics & materials used for every piece of the costume AND the wig. I cut up my old ankle boots that was literally falling apart for this lol.
