Construction Details:

Kimono tops were made of cotton. The lacing is done with gromets. The crane family crests in gold were tissue lamee and heat and bond on the lowest heat setting. I made a template by enlarging the biggest reference photo I could find and then using an exacto knife with the heat and bond. The white tunic was brocade and the family crest was machine embroidered on. The shorts were a normal pattern for pants which I added box pleats and cuffs. The shin guards I gradient dyed from the original purple to black. Forearm guards are made of craft foam.

Personal Thoughts:

I ended up loving this character a lot out of the crazy roster of playable characters in this game.

Wig Review

I really haven't found a wig that pulls up in to a half ponytail super well. I may just need to weft my own wig for this at this point.
