Construction Details:

We all coordinated in Angel Hearts to buy the same white vest on eBay and we did image colored bottoms and accessories of our choice. I chose to do a circle skirt with a petticoat underneath, wristbands, and hair bows. All made out of turquoise prismatic confetti dot fabric.

A rainbow of sparkly idols are the best!
