Construction Details:

Glitter. Lots and lots of glitter.

Metallic stretch under with a shiny blue see through fabric on top which was gradient dyed using Dye-Na-Flow in Cerulean Blue.

Blue organza for the cape, which I would not recommend because it warped terribly.

Chiffon sleeves (also gradient dyed with Dye-Na-Flow) with Mod Podge glue and Jo-Ann's fine glitters.


Lined with dark blue fabric (I can't remember the type, but it's soft and feels wonderful).

Decorated with sequins, clear rhinestones, iridescent rhinestones, and glass beads.

Personal Thoughts:

My 5 year old niece is in love with Frozen and wanted to be Elsa for Halloween. If you've seen any of the costumes in store, they're pretty bad... so my sister asked if I could make my niece a costume. So, here it is!
