Construction Details:

White material that I didn't have quite enough to create two layers, so I made sure to wear under garments. Not exactly happy how it came out so I might end up redoing it, Or at least the skirt bit. Thats what I get for trying something new haha.

Personal Thoughts:

Water cosplay! Had an amazing time with Its Itsuka Cosplay- we got super drenched.
