There was an event at the new anime store in town to meet Matthew Mercer, who of course is Jotaro in the english Dub. I have a lot of JoJo cosplays but nothing from pt.3. So I quickly threw this together with some broadcloth from the department store and value village stuuuff!

Outfit is based on the OVA and her hair is closer to the manga! :3
