Construction Details:

The headband and top are made out of spandex swimsuit material, so they can (and have) get wet and be perfectly fine. The shorts were a pair of white jeans that I modified, and the black under-shorts are basically spanx. The pack is vinyl with a zipper, and the buckle part is wonderflex. The Mega-Bangle was mangled beyond repair before I got to take a lot of pictures, unfortunately. :( The shoes are also not done yet, as my sewing machine now has a vendetta against vinyl. We're working on that, with threats and lots of swearing.

Personal Thoughts:

This costume is super comfortable and one of my favorites to wear, based solely on the fact that I can carry a lot of stuff in the little pack that I have around my waist. :D Plus I finally have a reason to own a Torchic plush other than "well I wanted one okay"
