Construction Details:

The shirt was given to me by a much larger friend, so it had to be taken in A LOT, and dyed a darker blue. The patches were bought and the location was added with fabric paint, although I'd like to do some embroidered ones soon. I made one of the pouches, but most were bought online, as well as the nameplate. I have red contacts to do Puppet Cybil when the mood strikes me, too XD
