Construction Details:

I scoured the internet to find the screen accurate articles and portraits featured on the dress, which actually didn't end up being that difficult in the end. Printed each on card stock, folded, layered, and attached to a tiered-tulle skirt. Bodice is from my Calhoun dress, I just added some lace.

Personal Thoughts:

Parks & Rec got me through a real sad time and I loved Leslie's enthusiasm; she believes so ardently that there is good in the world and has 500 color-coded binders full of data to prove it to you.
