Construction Details:

Okay so the construction was just a basic anime sailor fuku uniform! The only thing that really gave me problems was that this was my first time doing a sailor fuku collar but it wasn't bad for my first time! :D

Shirt: I made it out of basic cotton and lined it with the same fabric! I used a v-neck t-shirt pattern and drafted my own pattern for the collar. I glued the bow at the v part of the shirt and sewed ribbon onto the collar. I got the patch from CosplayHouse :D

Uniform: I used a simple a-line skirt pattern and made the straps by just cutting a wide straight line. for the pleats I pinched two parts of the fabric together and sewed them then for the actual pleats I just ironed them down and attached the buttons at the top of the pleats. Sorry if I don't make sense!

Extras: I bought little boy docks for the shoes from Wal Mart for like 12$ and bought white trouser socks also from Wal Mart. Then for the Hair Barrettes I bought silver ones from Wal Mart and then Spray Painted them red :D

Personal Thoughts:

So Clannad is one of those rare anime's that from the moment it starts to the moment it ends I'M HOOKED! The character development, drama, story ALL OF IT is just amazing!!!!! I highly recommend it to anyone wanting an amazing anime!!!!

And when it came to choosing a character that was REALLY hard cause Kyou and Nagisa were my VERY favorite characters out of the whole series! But Nagisa's struggles with her health really spoke to me since I too have health issues that can keep me bedridden. So Nagisa it was! :D
