Construction Details:

A lot of trial and error with the black base with all the holes in it. The skirt is a light cotton with interfacing and hand dyed with 3 different dye colors. The gold is a light gold pleather that had to be cut and fabric glued down. Armor pieces made out of styrene :D

Personal Thoughts:

I always loved the Dynasty Warriors series so it was about time I made another cosplay! I picked Diao Chan mainly because I wanted a challenge. I also wanted to pick something completely out of my confort zone! (which trust me, it was) Overall it turned out good but unfinished as of AX 2014. Will have to finish it before the year is up!
