Construction Details:

The brocade used for the tunic and hat was dyed to blue from mint green, I just loved the pattern even though the color was wrong. Hat is fabric over craft foam + plastic canvas, with wire to make the ribbon loops fwooshy. Skirt is linen with horsehair braid for extra poof. Shirt is voile.

I kind of want to replace the lace on this to make it ridiculously OTT fancy...
