Construction Details:

Shirt purchased, blazer borrowed (but plan on making my own because I'm a masochist like that), bow wrangled together. Scrunchies from Daiso, and the skirt was made by me from SparklePipsi's AWESOME fabric off Spoonflower! Socks were borrowed from Kyoko cosplay :9
1/15: Jk bought a discounted blazer from Uniqlo, and the bow is from SparklePipsi's fabric!

Personal Thoughts:

While initially typecasted "busty girl", I've grown to love Nozomi's motherly /cough/ character and spunk. I had a lot of fun being swept into the game, cosplay, and the new community I've met! Now to do all the Nozomi cosplays :'D
