Construction Details:

Full steel boned bodice, which is about 4 layers of material. Did a glitter overlay on the bodice to give it some more sparkle. Skirting is fairly straightforward. Skirt has appliqued stars that change different shades of blue depending on the light they are in. Crystal accents throughout the dress. Yup. Sure is a pony costume.

Personal Thoughts:

Gala Dress 2.0. This version I am far happier with than my first one. Gah. What was I thinking on the first design -_-
