Construction Details:

I have been wanting to make this cosplay for nearly 15 years. Since I started cosplaying. I was finally able to tackle this cosplay on a whim for Otakon's Sailor Moon Day. The construction of this costume was about as simple as it can get for me. A basic jacket pattern was used with an overlapping lapel and a stand up collar along with a basic dress pants pattern. The green trim was made with bias tape.
