Personal Thoughts:

I have waited years to cosplay as Sailor Moon! The fuku is very deceptively complicated and so I am glad I waited as long as I have to make this costume. It's still a WIP but the main fuku is done and I mainly just have accessories to make/gather at this point.

I wanted to do something different with my Sailor Moon costume that didn't involve making a fan-art version. I decided on a patterned fabric for the skirt and collar, along with stylized bows and a rather unique wig styling process.

How was the wig colored?

Totally out of my depth but really enjoyed parts of the process. Nothing was particularity difficult, it was just extremely time consuming.
