Construction Details:

100% cotton dress and petticoat. Hat was a modified sunhat (Rows were reduced on the brim and new grosgrain was fitted.) Plushie was made from fake fur trimmed into place and then ombre dyed.

Personal Thoughts:

It was a simple costume to make, and easy to wear in the heat, despite the many layers.
