Construction Details:

Bodysuit and skirts:
The bodysuit is made using my standard eternal fuku pattern. The bodysuit is doubled up with white matte spandex. The stripes are sewn right into the bodysuit in between the spandex. The skirts are 4 drop circles in each color, the upper being 3 inches shorter than the bottom one. There is an invisible zipper up the back.
The sleeves are balloon style sleeves. The armbands are cut on the bias and stuffed with craft batting to create the bump look.

Collars, bows and Boot Covers:
The collar is my standard collar pattern that snaps into place on the fuku. The bows are the same pattern as my usual bows, rectangles pleated in the center with some heavy weight interfacing for structure. The brooch is a fill able acrylic ornament painted from the inside with pink acrylic paint.
The boot covers are basically a sock shape with pink satin at the top. I use a pair of white pumps inside them so the heel blends with the boot cover.

Glove toppers, choker and hair accessories:
Glove toppers are cut on the bias, then channels sewn into them and stuffed with craft batting. The choker is a ribbon with snaps on the back. A star rhinestone is glued to the center front (same rhinestones glued on the bodysuit and boot covers.)
The odango hair covers is 1 Styrofoam ball covered with red lame fabric. White craft foam is on the back and around the edges. They are removable with a bobby pin on the back.
The hair pearls are the same ones I use for Super/Eternal Moon. They are pearls with teardrop pearl glued on top. They are glued onto a bobby pin.

The plush I have of Diana is one I bought a few years ago.

Wig:
The wig is actually my Wicked Lady wig. It’s an Arda Chibi in Bubblegum pink. The long pigtails are twisted around the cone odango. They have a loop that hangs below the odango. I used 2 shorter hair clips and teased them out to create the full volume. They clip onto the wig and encase the extra loop of hair from the Wicked Lady pigtail.
I want to work a bit more on the pigtails and perhaps trim them a bit to reshape them. I like the overall volume; I just want to shape the pigtails more at the bottom. Chibiusa has some tricky hair to try and recreate.

Personal Thoughts:

Another on of my eternal fukus. This time I wanted something pink…..REALLY pink. So Chibi was my natural choice. I don’t feel I suit this character well because of my height, but my goal is to cosplay every Sailor scout at least once, so here’s my Chibiusa one.

Styling Notes

Same wig as Wicked lady, only added 2 ponytail clips that have been teased out.
