Construction Details:

I just made the skirt out of a red stretch jersey knit, and then I bought the cardigan on ebay and had the rest in my closet.

Personal Thoughts:

This was just a casual outfit thrown together for J-pop summit/casual outfits at Otakon with Megan, but it's cute and comfy!!
