I've heard a million different stories about this character. She's in the game, she's not in the game, her name is Lacey and she's based on Lindsay Lohan, she's the same girl as the bikini girl based on Shelby Welinder...all I know for sure is that I saw the artwork and decided she reminded me of Ke$ha, so I should cosplay her.
