Construction Details:

Top is a bra hand covered in cotton lycra. Jacket and shorts are cotton lycra, shorts are lined. Thigh highs and gloves are also cotton lycra sewn to match bra. Hair bands are loops of fabric with elastic strung through them. Shoes were painted to match.
