Construction Details:

Sailor uniform was bought. I made everything else. The binoculars were made from a base of toy binoculars and pool noodles, and the bag/backpack were made from craft foam. Everything was covered in mod podge and painted. The shoes are boot covers from spandex with foam around the top. I made the head armaments from thermomorph moldable plastic.
