Construction Details:

The uniform was bought and I just made a simple Ooi doll to go with it. I would like to make her torpedo armaments and have her watering can turret in the future!

Personal Thoughts:

"Ah, destroyers... they're so annoying." Kitakami is my favorite light cruiser; she's been my favorite even before I started playing the game and finding out her personality! I find her so funny and interesting, she's so smug and cute. Also I love her relationship with Ooi.
