New Skills: Foundation piecing for a whole panel of the front "underbelly". Craziness with chiffon and mesh wings. Mixing stretch and non-stretch materials.

When I signed up for FR, I was looking at the gods and waffling about Shadow or Ice.... and then my friend Anarin looks at me and goes 'Pfft, you know you're going to be Wind, right?' She was right of course, and Wind has been my home ever since.
There are things that aren't perfect about this costume, and she may never be totally done, but I love wearing it. Cal says that she's never seen me so happy and youthful as when I'm wearing it, and I felt that too. We went out to shoot pictures on a stormy afternoon. I was wearing flip-flops, but I wanted to run through grass and dance in the wind. I can't wait to put her on again, now with new extra wings and more wig styling.

Personal Thoughts:

My friends and I have this problem. That problem is mostly just called 'Dragons'. We keep our dragons on FlightRising.com and we're all in different elemental flights. Of course this led to insane costumes based off our elemental gods, I mean, have you /met/ us?
