Construction Details:

The dress was made from a modded pattern and the collar was trial and error until it fit right. The boots cover a pair of heels; spandex and interfacing were used to cover the boot and get them to stay up. The shoulder pads are made from foam covered worbla with trim around it.

Personal Thoughts:

A cosplay I initially said I'd never do, but a character who grew on me so much it didn't take long for me to change my mind.
