The Bill costume is mostly modified pieces. I got to rip up a sweatshirt, draw bad art on its back, rip up and doodle on a pair of jeans, and curlify a wig. The purple shirt I did make from scratch. I picked the most 80s looking pattern I could find since I couldn't get the exact one. I still need to make more friendship bracelets for this costume.
