Construction Details:

My step mom helped me in patterning the general shape of the yellow body suit. The rest I attempted to eyeball or pattern with paper before cutting out shapes to sew to the yellow body suit. My step mom did some touch ups for me to get the best fit on my body, so a big thanks to her again!

The pants were a pair of loose jeans from a thrift store, which I hand sewed some gray fabric too with help of my friend Ryn-Ryn Cosplay. The gray fabric was also eyeballed before being cut out and sewn on.

The shoes were really quick boot covers over a pair of thrift store shoes.

Afterward, I doodled some black ink all over to get the cell shaded look. I started with using my black fabric marker, but it was making really big, gross marks.

I somehow lost the glove I wanted to use for Maya, so I borrowed a winter glove from a friend temporarily. The orb was made by Electronic Girl from Etsy.

The wig was a short blue wig from eBay, which I cut and attempted to style a bit. I cut it a bit too short, but I guess it gets the point across.

Personal Thoughts:

Pretty tricky to pattern, but darn comfortable to wear. The makeup process was pretty time consuming. I'm happy I decided to cosplay Maya though!
