Construction Details:

I self patterned the dress using a duct tape dress form technique. I used a sparkly satin for the dress. The hem of the dress is a facing reinforced with heavy interfacing. The dress attaches with an invisible zipper and a hook and eye in the back. The shoes are white platform heels I bedazzled for an extra sparkle. The boa is several other boas attached with fabric glue, and then covered in white down. The wig is an Ice Purple medium length wig from Epic Cosplay that I reinforced with a plastic panel and an EL panel. So, the wig lights up. I sewed in many colors of wefts backwards into the wig to create the rainbow effect. I sharpie dyed between the wefts to create a rainbow gradient. The boa has LEDs, so it lights up as well.

Personal Thoughts:

Ragyo is honestly one of my favorite villains of all time. Her lack of an apologetic, pitiable back story is honestly an amazing thing. She's a powerful female villain without some crippling weakness. She apologizes for nothing, and cares for no one but her own ambitions.
