Construction Details:

The shirt was bought. The skirt was made, a simple circle skirt. I made all the pieces in white then cut down the middle and used pink dye to dye one side pink. Used a fluffy tutu to puff out the skirt. Originally had a red contact in, however, it irritated my eyes beyond measure, so i tossed them.
