Bought off Taobao. . . . broght it in, added extra ruffles and covered the green because the color was Ariel fin green. . . ewwwwww
- Personal Thoughts:
- First and last bought costume. Had to do a lot of tweaking but what I paid for it I woulda easily paid more for fabric alone. :D
