Construction Details:

Jackets were purchased on ebay. Speedo swimsuits (for girl versions) purchased on Amazon.
Leggings are constructed from dance/swimwear knit. Patterns by LISXXOR Cosplay (who also helped me serge ;^; )
We also used packing tape, medical tape, and tissue for the open chest binding process! It was very successful and left little injury!

Personal Thoughts:

This costume was REALLY expensive due to the various parts that were purchased! However, I had a blast being water-loving Haru!

Styling Notes

Just had to trim the bangs and heat set some hairs to add some texture! I will soak in fabric softner to get rid of some of the shine in the future.
