About this Costume

The costume is made with spandex for the body suit and matte black casa satin for the black. I used a two tone red taffeta for the bows. The tiara and brooch were made by Windofthestars.
- Personal Thoughts:
- Everyone has an inner and outer senshi they like and Pluto is my outer! I made this in a rush so I would like to re do the bows and staff one day
