Construction Details:

The petticoat was made with Tulle, satin, and chiffon with metal boning. The rest of the costume is made from jersey knit and silk/polyester blend.

Personal Thoughts:

The design is based off of Loonybear's Magical Girl Eevee design, but I wanted to blend that design with more Lolita-style elements. I'm currently working on constructing the costume for the summer's con season.
