Construction Details:

Hand patterned the jacket and skirt, made them out of white stretch cotton sateen. Light blue details are all made of baby blue mystique spandex. Darker blue is just leftover metallic spandex from another costume that I was making at the same time. Bought the boots and painted the bottoms/replaced the laces.
