Personal Thoughts:

The original plan was to wear this costume to the Gothic Lolita picnic @ Akon 2004, but we didn't actually get around to the picnic part. XD Regardless I loved this design from the moment I saw it and it wasn't just the garters and thigh highs either. =3 I didn't get a chance to wear my wings with the outfit untill recently, that's one thing I didn't want to attempt to pack in a suitcase. lol I don't know how everyone else does it. I just love the lace I found for this costume, in fact it wnet on clearance a while back and I bought it all ^_^;; I wonder what I will use it for?
