Construction Details:

The dress is a modified version of the Officially Licensed Leg Avenue costume. The dress was downsized and the bows were replaced with ones I made from scratch. I also made the brooch and ofuda. Tiara made by Dukesa's Box. Earrings were bought.





05/14 EDIT: Upgraded the foam tiara to Catzia's brass tiara ???

Personal Thoughts:

I disliked Rei/Sailor Mars when I was a child, but when I re-watched the series as an adult, she ended up being one of my favorites. I decided to pay a tribute to her by cosplaying her.
