Construction Details:

I used a normal button up shirt blouse pattern and altered it. Had my friend pin the back darts so it would actually fit. Each layer of skirt is two circle skirts stitched together and than done as a box pleat. Hemmed with bias tape. The skirt has a built in petticoat to help hold it up.

Personal Thoughts:

A new fun design so why not! The outfit itself is SO weird. A short top with almost no back? 3 tiered monster fluff skirt? What.. Cat ears and tail?
