Construction Details:

We followed Zan's pattern mostly and then SparklePipsi's for the skirt. Skirt and collar are poplin. Bodysuit is lycra. Bows and glove rolls are the wrong side of casa satin. Base gloves - white from WeLoveColors. Sleeves are a plastic from the quilting section. Choker is the yellow from the skirt with a hook in the back and a heart glued on the front. Brooches are made from Sculpty clay that I painted and lacquered (currently not pictured). Hair things by Zan (currently not pictured). Tiara is craft foam adorned with a jewel (for now). Shoes - GoGo 300 in matte. Red spray is Carnation Red by Design Master. Ko made the earrings for me years ago.

Personal Thoughts:

I always wanted to be Sailor Moon, and Jazqui was putting together a group and yay!! :D There are many things I'm not all that happy about though, like the boots. Me and spray paint don't mix... I didn't have the hair things in time and my brooch wasn't staying, so those aren't in the first batch of pics.
