Construction Details:

[Dress]
I used stretch twill for the base of the dress. I sewed the maroon triangles on after I cut the pieces out and nothing was sewn together yet. I used a tight zigzag stitch on the border of all the triangle. I also hemmed the sleeves and collar with the same maroon fabric. I used some extra black fabric to sew a belt right in.

[Face Paint]
I used Prosaide to paint my neck and arms. I didn't want paint to rub off on the dress, and it worked out really well. So well that it stayed on about 2 weeks. For my face I used white Snazaroo.

[Horns]
Made from Model Magic. The base is slightly hollowed out and a metal nut is hot glued inside. A black headband with bolts glued on is worn underneath the wig. The bolts poke through the wig, and the horns are just screwed onto the bolts.

[Other]
The gloves were an old pair because I didn't have time to sew new ones in the maroon color.
The belt buckle symbol is made of Model Magic and just hot glued onto the dress.
White dance tights from amazon.
Black shoes from thrift shop.

Personal Thoughts:

I think this costume turned out fine despite rushing to finish before a con.
I need to go back and fix up some details.
I really hope I can get a photoshoot in with this costume.
