Construction Details:

The whole thing is hand beaded, including pearls on the tops of each pleated layer. The entire skirt is actually a pannier set with another smaller skirt that goes over for the last layers of ruffles.

This project as a whole started in December of 2013 and was completed a few weeks before March 2014 for Megacon Orlando.

Personal Thoughts:

I was asked to join this group by Korin and it was such an experience! I had a lot of fun making this frilly monstrosity and honestly can't wait to do it again!
